Caught the blue line from O'Hare down to as close as we could get to the hotel. Had to walk the rest, or you can hail a cab or call an Uber. If you're good with your phone maps, you'll find your way easy enough. Don't confuse drive for place as they are both Wacker. Eat check in. Staff was phenomenal, friendly, and, most part, knowledgeable. Evening bartender super friendly. They have breakfast for an extra cost, believe it was $24. They have a small restaurant/bar onsite. Evening bartender was super friendly and great. Bar closes early, 10 pm. Room was clean, plenty of towels and bathroom necessities, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, ample pillows, bed was comfy. View from our room wasn't great but we don't travel to spend time in the room so didn't matter. As check out is early, we left our bags up front free of charge, so we could spend one last day doing stuff. It was an added bonus to be able to that and the staff had no issues with it. Staff was phenomenal! Son liked the revolving door....fascination. Close to riverwalk, busses and trains.

The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything you might want to see in an overnight visit to Chicago. The hotel was clean and taken care of. I didn’t care for the pillows, but that’s a small detail and a personal preference thing. One thing that really stood out is that they serve breakfast but with no plastic. It’s a proper meal with plates and everything you need that is not disposable. That is something I greatly care about. Kudos to the hotel for that! Lastly, with so many hotels in the area, one really has to stand out in some way for you to explicitly look to go back to. Marissa at the front desk was that little extra special that makes me want to automatically return to this hotel on my next trip. She was just so pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great stay and a wonderful memory.

A hotel in a prime location, right besides the Riverwalk. Public transport is easy to reach by foot and yet is far enough away so that there is no disturbing noise from the trains. The rooms are modernly furnished with everything you need (micro, fridge, coffemaker, desk). The aircon/heating is quiet and positioned so that the wind does not disturb you. Beds are pleasantly hard. Riverview is really what it says (my picture is from the 11th floor - above it should be similar). Free and really high-performance WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff all the time. A 7-Eleven shop is just around the corner. In summary: a really to recommend good and cost-effective choice for a stay to explore the city on foot.

Bed very comfortable, our room did have a partial view to river which was nice, room was newly remodeled and clean. Staff was very friendly. Had a restuarant to get hot breakfast which was pretty average but was convient with no wait which on a weekend in Chicago is a plus when time is limited. Great location near river, close to Millineum Park and can get to major train lines within a few blocks. Decent price for downtown Chicago location.

The hotel location was perfect for my Lollapalooza vacation. It was only a ~15-minute walk to the North entrance of the concert. My room was awesome! It had a quiet floor, the bed was comfy, and the shower and shower gel (Zero%) were terrific. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. No problems! Awesome room cleaning service too!
